At the end of 2005, a meeting held under the supervision of  Edwin Paulo came the introduction frames the football team for male and female children.
  The aim was to raise children and young people mentally and physically and also develop their talents ball. The team established was a team of children under 11 years known as Kambale, which was swaying well as team bosses and compared with kambale who have beards, even if it is limited.
Teams of children under the age of 14 were two-one was known as the Small tiger and the other was known as the Scorpion, there was also a team of under 17 years known as Kamongo.

Session took place later decide to name one of these teams where they resolved to adopt the name of Shivo United Sports Club.
Although the team began to share the league tournament, soft has been engaged regional and district competitions, for instance, in 2011 race for region of Ilala celebrating 50 years of independence of our Tanzania team succeeded to win the championship tournament.
This team is under coach Edwin Paulo, who has been struggling to ensure the team playing playing better football and accessibility.
